Return Policy

All items may be returned if they are unopened within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please call our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
This RMA number is crucial to a successful credit or return.

This will not include shipping charges.
Any damaged merchandise from shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking Fee 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our original shipping costs for packages shipped with free shipping will be deducted. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refused deliveries are subject to deduction of return and all incurred shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Opened merchandise without original packaging and or destroyed packaging could be higher. Please ensure you are ordering the correct part or item you need.

Keep in Mind

Some items have manufacture warranties when purchased from SummerBackyard.com and will be replaced if you should have any problems. Simply contact the manufacturer. Proof of purchase is your receipt that we e-mailed to you when you placed your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
