Shipping Policies

We are offering free promotional shipping and delivery on most orders delivered to the 48 united states. Alaska and Hawaii are $25.95 for delivery.  Please note that some rural addresses will have a shipping charge as well as some  PO box addresses. International orders can incur additional charges that are the responsibility of the recipient. 

We hope you enjoy our free shipping! However, please note that any returned or refused order will be subject to shipping responsibility and will be deducted from any credit back to your original payment method.

Please note: Though we will try to honor cancellation requests, we can not guarantee an order will be cancelled as all orders import directly to our warehouse to assure that orders are shipped quickly. 

Please note: Our shipping & delivery time is usually  5-7 business days depending on your location. We still offer faster delivery methods, at checkout select “Expedited 2-3 Business Day” or “Express 1 Business Day” to receive your order faster. All shipping days are business days. Orders placed BEFORE 1pm PST usually ship same business day. All shipping times are based off domestic shipping.

Please note: All large or bulky items as well as items over 10 lbs do not qualify to be shipped overnight or expedited shipping. Any items ordered with "Express 1 Business day" that is a large item or are over 10 lbs will be shipped ground, which will arrive 3-5 business days,  orders with "Expedited 2-3 day" will be delivered in 4-7 days. Free shipping for large items or items over 10 lbs will ship Parcel Select, which will take an estimated 7-15 business days.
